John wrote, "This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us" (1 John 3:16 NIV).
Jesus came from the throne of glory and descended to this cursed world to take our place. He laid down his life, and as our great High Priest in Heaven is still laying it down.
He will join us in the resurrection in that body he now has, which he will have forever. All because of love for the broken human race.

Amazing encounters with the Lord await those who love Him. Moses spoke with God face to face and saw His glory. (Exodus 33:11 & 34:1-8). Experiencing God happens to those who love and follow Him.

Is it true that God works out all things for good? Yes, but only for "those who love Him" (Romans 8:28). Jesus said the highest expression of is to love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength (Luke 10:27).
His love endures forever, and nothing can separate Him from those who love Him.
